Adding initiators
You can use the Edit Initiator Group dialog box to add initiators to an initiator group. An initiator is provided access to a LUN when the initiator group that it belongs to is mapped to that LUN.
Steps 
1.
From the home page, double-click the appropriate storage system.
2.
Expand the Storage Virtual Machines hierarchy in the left navigation pane.
3.
In the navigation pane, select the Storage Virtual Machine (SVM) and click Storage > LUNs.
4.
Click Initiators Groups.
5.
Select the initiator group to which you want to add initiators and click Edit.
6.
In the Edit Initiator Group dialog box, click Initiators.
7.
Click Add.
8.
Specify the initiator name and click OK.
9.
Click Save and Close.
